We are looking for an excellent Business Operations Manager to join our Strategy team.

What's the job:

To support the company’s hyper growth across business units and territories, we are seeking a talented and driven Operations manager to drive cross-company projects and work with business units to improve internal processes and procedures.

As an ideal candidate, you’ll have a sharp business mind and proven success managing multiple projects of more than one discipline toward maximum efficiency and productivity.

We are looking for candidates that are dedicated, fast learners, detailed oriented, responsible, proactive, with the ability to work independently, that flourish in a high-paced work environment.


  • Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
  • Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity.
  • Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives.
  • Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget.
  • Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, and eliminate errors.
  • Work closely with different departments to make sure activities remain compliant.
  • Define, implement, and review procedures.
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
  • Define and streamline business processes in Sales, Implementation and Customer Success to support the company's hyper-growth.


What you have:

  • 5 years of proven experience in managing horizontal projects including budget control, schedules and work
  • Experience in managing projects in global SAAS companies -a must
  • Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project).
  • Ability to translate business needs into processes and systems.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, business administration, or related field
  • Language skills: Bilingual communication skills in English and Hebrew – Mandatory.
  • Personality: Strong interpersonal skills; ability to drive change across functional and business boundaries (lead without authority).

Bonus points:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Experience in using BI tools
