About The Position

A single function is responsible for the field of payroll accounting in the company.

  • Experience from a large/medium-sized organization.
  • Implement and run a payroll system
  • Process payroll for all employees
  • Prepare and submit payroll taxes
  • Work with insurance companies and manage employee social benefits
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Analyze variances in payroll elements.
  • Manage payroll reporting and reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations
  • Specialization in payroll accounting - preparation of payroll for approx. 150 employees in Israel
  • Providing a response to the company's employees on salary issues


  • 5+ years of experience
  • Proficient with MS applications (strong Excel skills required) and Hilan
  • English- high level- Must
  • Ability to work independently in accordance with established policies and regulations.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Experience as a payroll manager in large organizations – an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and other accounting software
