Global Field Marketing Manager

What’s the job:
As Global Field Marketing Manager, you will oversee all field marketing activities for Novidea’s target regions (US, UK, and Israel). You will collaborate closely with the regional marketing and sales leaders, and service providers to ensure that global and regional marketing strategies are executed successfully in the field. You will establish, maintain, and monitor company-wide policies, standards, practices, processes, and metrics related to all field marketing activities.
This is an ideal position for an organized, data driven, and creative self-starter with B2B tech background and a pure can-do attitude, who is willing to work in a diverse global team and matrix organization!
What you’ll do:
- Plan and execute all field marketing activities focusing on pre-event planning, event organization, lead gen initiatives, and post-event follow up to achieve team KPIs
- Manage the global field marketing budget
- Work closely with the regional Sales and Marketing teams to create campaigns
- Work with other team members to implement ABM regional ABM plans
- Manage and maintain presentations for regional speaking opportunities
- Liaise with graphic designers for branding needs
- Serve as focal point for regional partner marketing activities
- Lead all regional customer marketing activities including, customer events, post-event emails, appreciation/gifts, holiday greetings, and user groups
- Ensure global brand is applied consistently in the field
- Manage swag/giveaways
- Help global marketing functions refine their strategy based on feedback from the field
- Create detailed reporting of each event, KPIs and results
What you bring (experience):
- 4-6 years of high-paced field marketing experience in B2B (ideally enterprise software)
- English – native language or very high level (spoken and written)
- Service oriented, energetic and a highly collaborative team player
- Organized, detail oriented and proactive
- Strong intercultural competence and experience working in a global organization
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Track record of handling multiple activities in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing efforts
- Ability to develop relationships and build partnerships with various stakeholders across the organization
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Hubspot an advantage
- Willingness to travel as required
