We are looking for an excellent Technical Trainer to join our team.

What’s the job:

Our new Novidiean Technical Trainer and trainer will join our knowledge management team and will take part in designing and developing training materials for our clients, as well as deliver these trainings. This role will give you a unique opportunity to learn about our products and design training materials to empower end users to get the most out of our products. You will contribute to the creation and implementation of our global training strategy, approaches, processes, and policies.

What you’ll do:

·      Design, develop and deliver learning programmes using a variety of training methods.

·      Collaborate with the Product and Project teams to produce best-in-class materials for the Learning Management System (LMS), in-person training and online training

·      Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts for training material

·      Select colours, images, text style, and layout that are professional and in line with the branding guides

·      Record and edit engaging video content

·      Review all content for accuracy and amend errors before publishing

·      Format and enhance PowerPoint presentations for in-person and online training sessions

·      Create, upload and manage content in the Learning Management System (Juno Journey)

What you bring (experience):

• 3+ years in instructional or e-learning design or content management, education programs, training, customer success at a software/SaaS company
• Strong knowledge of authoring tools including Articulate Storyline and RISE and Camtasia
• A talent for designing fresh and engaging materials that transform complex information and messaging into easy-to-remember and engaging content
• Demonstrated ability to create and run an externally-focused (customer, partner, etc) education program
• Ability to explain technical solutions to business users, establish goals, develop opportunities in a concise manner for international audiences
• Strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs
• Knowledge of general insurance lifecycle – must, familiarity with London Markt – plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
